This modern take on an Irish classic blends the warmth of Bushmills® Original with the deep, roasted notes of cold brew coffee. A touch of sweetness and a silky layer of cream bring it all together for a drink that’s as energizing as it is indulgent.

Ingredients

2 parts Bushmills® Black Bush
4 parts Cold Brew Coffee
.5 part Simple Syrup
Irish Cream Liqueur
Freshly Whipped Cream

Directions

Pour whiskey and simple syrup into a tall glass of ice. Stir well to combine. Next, pour in cold brew coffee leaving ½ inch of room for both creams. Lastly, add Irish cream liqueur and top with freshly whipped heavy cream.
