SINGLE MALTS

Bushmills® 30 Year Old Single Malt is the pinnacle of our obsession with oak and our ongoing pursuit of perfection in Irish single malt whiskey. After being patiently matured in bourbon barrels and sherry butts for 14 years, this whiskey is finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for 16 years. We travel to Spain to personally choose the sherry recipe we think will best complement our whiskey, and after two years of seasoning the casks with sherry, we fill our aged Bushmills® whiskey to craft this rare expression.
