Bushmills® 28 Year Old Single Malt Cognac Cask is the result of over 400 years of whiskey-making experience. This extremely rare, small quantity whiskey is rested in hand-selected ex-bourbon and sherry barrels for 11 years, & finally finished in Cognac casks for 17 years.

Tasting Notes

Opens with fresh citrus oil and almonds, followed by roasted caramel, prunes, and warm baking spices. A palate bursting with dried apricot, orange marmalade, and roasted almonds.
