Introducing Limited Release #02 from Bushmills’ “The Rare Casks” series: a 29 Year Old Single Malt aged in Pedro Ximénez Casks. This series features some of the world's rarest single malt whiskeys aged in hand-selected casks and released in small quantities across the US.
This whiskey was triple-distilled in traditional Irish copper pot stills and then aged in hand-selected bourbon and sherry casks for 12 years before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for another 17 years.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, an intense explosion of flavor with notes of rich roasted nuts and fruit. On the palate, while demonstrating a soft texture, a blend of freshly baked bread and stewed fruit finished with subtle hints of vanilla bean, and bitter cocoa.
